Paycom recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. He had trouble finding time on the managers' calendars. I was all ready for a Monday inteview at 7:30am, but that had to be rescheduled for Thursday. Then there was an ice storm that prevented me from traveling the 60+ miles to Oklahoma City, OK. The recruiter sounded understanding. I wanted to reschedule, but have not heard back from the recruiter since. I feel like this is a red flag. I found out that they are not Agile, and a Product Manager is an agile position. Also, they are trying to hire 12 PMs all at once. Definitely not a good sign. Paycom is a software company, it is odd that they have not adopted Agile Methods. I would imagine that this company is very susceptible to startup disruption.
