Was reached out to by a Paycom recruiter. Very nice person, explained the job in good detail as well as the company. She informed me that I was a good candidate and to apply, and once it was completed she would forward directly to the hiring manager. I did so in a timely manner and she informed me that she sent it along and I would hear something the next day. Two weeks went by and I reached out multiple times, only to get a reply from the system stating the position had been filled. Very unimpressed with the how the situation was handled, and very dissatisfied with Paycom and the lack of communication and over promising something that was not going to happen.

End to end process was: Phone Screen with HR Zoom with HR Manager Interview Regional Manager Interview The entire process took around 2 weeks. Phone Screen was fairly basic, the second interview was more prep for the Manager and Regional Manager Interviews.
