Apply online, then phone screening, then interview, second interview, then presentation. Next, regret or offer letter. The experience was very good and the people were friendly. Communication between Paycom and myself was prompt and helpful.

The interview process was comprehensive and smooth. Paycom representatives proactively communicated through the entire process. It started with a phone conversation to identify initial fit. From there, I had a virtual interview and then an in-person interview, that included a presentation. Even though it sounds like a lot, it was very beneficial and allowed for both parties to identify fit. Overall, I really enjoyed the process!
