Paycom has a specific and outlined interview process. 1 - screening call with a recruiter. 2 - hour long interview with the hiring supervisor and/or team lead. 3 - 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, they're swift to make a decision and the recruiter is very communicative and open during the process.
