The position needs an asap fulfillment and they don’t care about the candidate’s situation and feeling. They just inform you about each stage and never discuss the potential opp with you

Interview
The interviewer was late for the meeting by 5 minutes without any explanation. My self-introduction was interrupted after just 30 seconds. Additionally, the employee asked me abruptly, “Why don’t you get another job?” When I requested more details about the role and company, he replied, “Go figure it out yourself on Google.”
The interview process consists of two rounds. The first round is conducted by the team directly responsible for your role, focusing on assessing your qualifications, skills, and alignment with the team’s objectives. You will be expected to provide a self-introduction, discuss your motivations for applying, and demonstrate your understanding of key industry trends relevant to the role.
If you successfully pass the first round, you will proceed to the second round, where you will meet the broader team. This round provides an opportunity to interact with senior members and colleagues from different departments. It typically involves a deeper discussion about your experiences, how you would contribute to the team, and your perspectives on industry developments.
