Payfazz Interview Questions

The process was okay. I went to 2 interviews, one with HR, then with users. No tasks needed to be done. Typical questions regarding yourself and also your experience in the past.

The interview process was quick and straightforward, consisting of 2 rounds from HR and the user. HR asked about educational background and experiences, and the user asked about technical stuff on SQL and data viz

The interview was fun. To me, it was not easy. Luckily, I did research everything about the company before the interview began. And I passed the HR interview because the process and the interviewer was easy going but still professional.

I think everything is good, first you will be asked about your education background and technic. The process is really fast. You will be get information as soon as possible. I got my email just like a week

One round with three people (2 HR and 1 User). It went for an hour, and there were behavioral questions, case studies, calculations. However, the interviewers were very chill and nice

2 round, The first one with HR. It went for almost 1 hour. Basically the questions about educational background and experience. And the last one with User. The question is about case studies.

The User interview was the worst experience I ever had. I actually applied for another position but got rejected and got a message regarding this marketing position. I went ahead but the interviewer asked me lots of question outside of marketing and more into economics and finance. Seriously, I am just applying for intern not full time. One of the user was a guy and he was a know it all, even left the meeting in the middle. Very upset with the questions given that are unrelated with the job and he made me look dumb in front of the other 2 users. Why not just hire a finance guy instead of a marketing student. Also, on the spot, he checked my work experience background and asked me sarcastically which part was i am most proud off and the worst work I did.

The last interview with the Co-founder and product manager was a great time. They give a case to examine their product's UI. There was an app critique session too where we as a candidate were asked to pick one of our favorite app that we currently have in our phone.

It was kinda meh. I was asked to complete some tasks. And the final interview with the CTO, I was asked to sort arrays. I did finish it, but then I was asked to further improve the method

need to do written coding test, write it on a white board. and explain them the whole process. then get to know my experiences. basically trying to understanf how the intervewee mind works
