There was a first and second interview that is required of all employees including those in leadership. The first interview I was told about the position and asked where I saw myself in the company. The interviewer was super easy to talk to which led to me giving more information than was probably necessary. The second interview seemed more rigid and strict. She told me about the daily operation within the company and asked questions about my familiarity with them.

Hiring process is pretty easy. You get called in for an interview with store manager, if you are a good potential you get scheduled for a 2nd interview. The most successful candidate is called back and an offer is made.
