Easy questions like "When have you helped someone make a decision?" Several more easy questions. The store manager interview wasnt even an interview. They just asked if I could do the job. Asked questions they are not allowed to ask.Such as was I married,how old I was and if I graduated high school which my application said I had.

Hiring process is pretty easy. You get called in for an interview with store manager, if you are a good potential you get scheduled for a 2nd interview. The most successful candidate is called back and an offer is made.
