Standard interview process meeting with various members of the Payscale team. Initially it began with the hr team then members of the sales development organization. Everybody was very nice throughout the process and was a great learning experience for me.

Pretty straight forward easy process. Spoke with three people, two managers and the vice president of sales in a matter of 2-3 hours. Found out later that day if I got the job.
