Payscout interviews FAQs
The hiring process at Payscout takes an average of 14 days when considering 2 user submitted interviews across all job titles. To compare, the average duration of hiring at similar companies like BlackRock, Inc. is 14 days, Fabricated Software, Inc. is 2 days, and Apple Inc. is 21 days. Candidates applying for Underwriter had the quickest hiring process (on average 14 days), whereas Underwriter roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 14 days).
The interview process started off smoothly and progressed at a reasonable rate (1 interview per week as I moved onto further rounds). I was scheduled for a 4th interview and they cancelled it within an hour of when it was supposed to happen. Now, I understand that things come up (and they did apologize), but they never rescheduled the interview after that. I reached out after a week of hearing nothing, just for them to say they were still waiting on some things to reschedule. I never heard from them again! Overall, I am disappointed because the team members I did meet with seemed nice, but this lack of communication and respect (I had invested a month of time into interviewing with them) is unacceptable. I hope others have better luck than I do, and I'm glad I found something else after wasting my time with them.
