Interview
1st stage - screening interview with line manager. 2nd stage - competency based interview (presentation) with the rest of the team. 3rd stage - line manager 1:1 on outcome of the interview process.

Question 1
Simulations of possible scenarios to evaluate competency, a bit of data analysis,work experience related to role.
Went fairly well. Was asked whether I had used Paystack before and what features of it did I find the best.here was a PowerPoint presentation to be done (was given a week to prepare after the first interview) on how you would perform your role. There were 3 interviews in total.

Also situational cases - leadership, teamwork, conflict management.
After being invited to interview with Paystack, it took approximately 5 weeks to have 2 calls and present an assignment. After presenting the assignment, I was told I'd receive feedback in the next week. 8 weeks later, I received a mail saying they decided to move on with alternative candidates. At which point I had accepted another job. Needless to say, the transparency, communication and lack of visibility throughout the interview process was particularly poor and needs improving.
