I interviewed for this position at San Francisco,Ca in august 2018 Honestly this was one of the worst interview I came across. HR approached me and their was a initial conversation, next was phone interview. After two weeks of conversation, I was scheduled for Onsite. On the day of onsite, they handed out a list of interviewers and schedule. Right from start, they did not ask me about my experience. They were more interested in probing their questions on things like groovy scripting, jenkins setup. They did not care what my experience carried and decided to cut short the interview in half. Imagine you had to take a PTO in order to attend and you get cut shorted and sent to door. I have attended other companies and companies like Blend really holds up reputation on how good they behave with candidates who does not perform well. I would go back any day to blend not the same with Pear. Please save your time and avoid this company who cares least about the candidates.
