I got a phone call from HR. She asked me some questions and talked to me about following steps. It is important to have solid basic knowledge in software development and questions are not difficult.

Phone interview was friendly and an overall waste of time and in person interview consisted of the current CEO talking about how much work he has to do on his own and how he wants an "IE from Georgia Tech" to help him out without much description. The company had bad HR, bad executive leaders, and ultimately was trying to fish out cheap labor from Georgia Tech and other schools in the area.

There were no questions in the interview. They didn't care for what experience I had and never asked me any questions about myself. Instead they just talked about the troubles they were having with the company for about an hour.

Talked at the career fair then they called me for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was brought in for a face to face interview twice in the Decatur Office. Was presented an offer letter during my second interview.
