Good, quite relaxed. General questions regarding your experience and if you can manage working in the heat. Good description of the role and what is expected of you and how you can do well.

A phone interview, then a face-to-face interview. Both instances were formal but relaxed, interviewers created a friendly atmosphere that wanted to get to know you personally not just professionally. Phone interview was around 30 mins, face-to-face around 1hr. Emphasis on interviewee maintaining and continuing conversation.
