I interviewed at Grace Hopper 2022. The process is a tech screening followed by an interview with a hiring manager. The process was chill and they were all helpful and kind. One minor issue is that they don't have too clear of an answer towards questions about market instability handling and layoffs, which concerned me a little bit.

Question 1
In the tech screen, I got asked to implement some functions to add and remove user reports given some time and space constraints. Not complicated. The final round is more like a vibe check, not very intense. A lot of "tell me about a time" questions as well as asking about your experience and projects.
