Penco Products interview questions

Phone interview first with on site follow up a week later. Interviewed by VP and Plant Manager, and a few other key managers. Team based with specific questions to role and frank discussion of need to create change for the future. Honesty and disclosure which surprised me but created instant trust. Received a walking tour of the facility and was allowed to spend time one on one with a current supervisor to talk about the current situation and ask critical questions. Plant was in bad shape and very dirty, but signs of improvements were obvious in areas.

Met with two groups of managers, multiple questions about experience, and the "what if" questions. Also asked some personal questions, but nothing too difficult. Met with two production managers, the HR manager, and shipping manager.
