Pendleton Street Advisors interview questions

I was invited in for an interview with two of the team members after applying through JobMate. We sat down in a conference room. The first employee was very kind and offered me water and the interview was set up as a "conversation". The second employee was intimidating and at times it seemed like did not want to be there.
