Applied online and process moved quickly. Recruiter from HR reached out to me, asked salary expectations and availability. Met with 2 hiring managers. A week or two later, was asked to meet with the team and so met with 3 additional team members and then GHOSTED. COMPLETE SILENCE. The once communicative HR Recruiter ignored my email asking for a status on my candidacy. It's been 3 months and while I know the position is filled, the HR Recruiter never notified me or responded to my email that I was not selected. COMPLETE TURNOFF! Ghosting candidates is NOT ok! Shame on Penn Mutual for not doing the right thing to communicate with candidates after they take off from work (not all employees are currently working remotely) to schedule interviews.
