Pennsylvania Ballet interview questions

I spoke with several different employees who worked in different positions within the nonprofit (e.g. ticket sales, promotions) throughout the interview. Most were nice enough, but no one I spoke to was really able to directly answer my questions about chain of command/workflow, which was kind of uncomfortable. I had assumed it was common courtesy to follow up with a candidate after an interview, especially if they covered the cost of their own travel, but I never heard back from them.
