Pennybacker Capital interview questions

Had an interview with the Accounting associate and the Managing Director of Portfolio Optimization, they were both very nice people, and easy to get along with. We discussed what expectations were for the first 30-60-90 days looked like and how a good and bad day would look like to get a feel of the direction they were heading as a company since it was still a relatively small firm (40 people).
