Best and worst interview experience I have ever had. Best because everyone I talked to was amazing and incredibly nice. Everyone seems extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Worst because interview process was disorganized and felt that it was not full transparent. Felt like the goal post was constantly moving throughout the entire interview process. Towards the end, I had done a total of 7 interviews (and honestly there might have been more surprise interviews later in the process), reference check, drug test and background check. I get doing multiple interviews to find good culture fit, but that was ridiculous. Eventually, I received a contingent offer from them only to be low-balled from the range I gave them initially. I accepted but even after the offer, they still wanted me to do more interviews and the recruiting team kept telling me they had not officially decided on me and they were still thinking about sending me a "final" offer. They weren't sure "if" they really wanted me. It just seemed like a was getting played around with. It was unfortunate because they do seem like genuine amazing people, but need to work on some of their processes. From beginning to end, the interview process for me was 4 months and it might have been longer if I stuck with it until the end.
