Peoplesafe interview questions

I had a phone call first from an Hr company, where I had to answer simple questions. After that, I had an interview at the company with the 4 leaders. Finally, I had a trial day, where they show the main tasks, programs they use and introduced everybody at the office.

It was a formal interview where they asked about strengths, weaknesses and what my goals for the future were. After the interview I was called back for a paid trial day which lasted 4 hours. After, I was interviewed again by someone else and was told they would get back to me. They never got back to me and never paid me for my trial day.
