I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pepper Content (Mumbai) in Mar 2026
Interview
Interview was a video call. The interviewer was an Associate Director. It was a pleasant exploratory conversation where we discussed my background, the nature of the role, and whether or not there was a fitment. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding on the HR's end (the role turned out to be for a night-shift, which I had specifically told the recruiter I was not interested in earlier), the process could not go further.
Overall a good experience except that the HR mix-up meant that it was not relevant for me or for the hiring manager.

Interview
My interview was rescheduled 4 times by the company and every time they gave some foolish reason. For the 5th time, I told them to stop contacting me, but they insisted and scheduled it again and top of that, the interviewer was very rude.

Interview
It was simple and straightforward, but the director seems to be too aggressive with some questions. Overall the process was simple and not too hard to crack. They might ask you to hand in an assignment.
