They followed up with me and kept me up to date, that was really really nice of them to do.
Interviewed for both bottling and foods on the same day, back to back.
Focus on leadership and experiences of time management, I think they look for soft skills more and do the training themselves.

The interview process took place in 2 rounds. For the second round, I was asked to prepare a 1- page presentation about myself that displayed my skills, interests, and reasons why I would be a good fit at Pepsico.

I applied online and was introduced to the opportunity through a campus operations program email. The initial interview consisted of two 30 minute interviews and a powerpoint group presentation.
