I applied through college, the candidates were first shortlisted by CV and then psychological test. After that there was a G.D. round and finally interview. Interview was fully HR based and some questions were asked about college projects and training.

Interview
The interviewers made the interview process very comfortable and friendly. The interview process was mostly like having a conversation with a peer. Mostly resume based and behavioral questions were asked.
Applied through University, 1st round is coding round, got selected. 2nd one is Technical , done well too. Last is the HR round, this where i haven't performed well. Should have done better in this HR Round.
It totally depends on the interviewer.First round can be technical or a normal discussion. There are 2 rounds.First round is explaining about our projects and going through our resume.Second round is HR.
