Interview
The interview process was very lengthy ( nearly 4 months from my original resume submittal to receiving a formal written offer). As I remember, it included:
Phone screening with third party company
Phone Interview with HR Manager
In person Interview with Hiring Manager
Final Interview with Regional Director

Question 1
No memorable questions outside of common behavioral and situational questions. Be prepared to outline specific examples that demonstrate leadership capability, productivity, achieving results and working with cross functional teams.
