I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
The process was really fast you apply online and after you apply you get an online assessment. One is behavioral and the other one is technical which could be hard for someone who don't understand schematics or relays or pumps. I successfully passed both of their assessment. So, I drove to the facility here in San Antonio Texas. I had the interview with the manager above the supervisor. He is going to ask you technical questions and behavioral questions. In this case he didn’t really know how to conduct the interview. He told me that the guy in charge of the interview was supposed to be the supervisor who was working the night shift. Make sure if you go to take a resume but do not make your resume stand out like in my case I’m an engineer so I put all of this certifications that scare them off because you can take a better position and be in charge instead of them. In my case I have the EIT license which I can gain the PE and stamp for the public safety. Again, don’t put anything to scare the Supervisor or the manager. In my case I messed up I should have taken away the Engineering degree from my resume and acted just normal. I got rejected by the supervisor which is no surprise since I would probably be chosen for a better opportunity in the near future.
