3 rounds of interviews: first is a screening, second is a more in depth behavioral, and the last round is a case study in front of a panel. They gave you a problem for the case study and you have an hour to research and put a presentation together and then present

When was a time you showed leadership in a problem solving setting?
Took a while for them to get back to me (17 days from my first interview to second round.)
Overall fairly simple process, was conversational and basic behavioral questions that aligned with the job description.
Fairly easy; only behavioural questions were asked. HRs are pretty kind and friendly. They love to have more students join in and spend longer than 4 months in one location, so they can get more experience.
Only 1 interview, STAR-based questions, and very straightforward if you do your research beforehand. Not anything too crazy, and if you look at other reviews, they can give you all the questions they would ask.
