Interview
Recruiter reached out to me for this role and we agreed on a salary figure before I gave my consent to appear for the process. I cleared all the rounds(OA+4 rounds including DSA and System Design and Techno Managerial and HR). I was told that I am selected for this position but they will get back to me on the salary part. Such an unprofessional conduct on their part. It's been 3 weeks since the process has completed and the figure that they came up with is >20% lower than what was agreed upon before the interviews. If you are really serious about hiring in India then why are you not willing to pay as per skillset of the candidate? And most importantly why are you backing off from the commitment that you had given.
Just a piece of advice to all who will appear for their interviews in future. Get a conditional offer even before you appear for the interview because they will flip later on for sure.

Question 1
Online Assessment consisted of a problem solving coding question of medium level plus questions on core IT subjects and Java, Springboot and Microservices
2nd Technical was on System Design. Was asked to come up with HLD of news feed of microblogging site like Twitter. Also was asked to code or come up with LLD of a specific component of this HLD
3rd round was with HM. Consisted of detailed discussion on couple of projects from my resume. He also asked me a system design question again on designing B2B ecommerce portal.

Interview
1st round of the previous project architecture discussion and coding problem-solving.
You are building a simplified air traffic monitoring system that tracks multiple aircraft in 3D space and detects potential conflicts between them.
Each aircraft (flight) is defined by:
A unique Flight ID
Latitude and Longitude (in degrees)
Altitude (in meters above sea level)
Speed (in meters per second)
Heading (in degrees, where 0° = North, 90° = East)
Simulate the movement of all flights over a given time interval and detect conflicts, where two flights come closer than a minimum safe separation distance.
2nd round system design
3rd onsite face-to-face discussion on the previous project, followed by a coding round focused on Java Spring Boot.
Develop rest services with business logic and write unit tests.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Hyderābād) in Apr 2023

4 rounds of interview.
1-online assessment
2- AD round
3- SD round
4- HM round
All this process takes 2months.After all this, dont expect an offer.They simply deny saying the role is not active.Such a waste of time.Dont waste your time and dont expect the offer even after clearing the rounds.Never recommend who is actively looking for a change to this company.When there is a budget limit, they dont convey at first and play with the candidate this way.
