I did two interviews, one with HR and one with the team. I also was invited to a tour of the facility, directly after which I received my offer. I declined because the compensation was poor and lacking compared to other industry offers I received. However, the PepsiCo hiring team does move very fast, which is nice. All of my interviews/visit/offer were scheduled within days of each other. Additionally, everyone I met was very nice and approachable.
