Interview
Process was good. Interviewers were friendly. Was taken on a tour around the plant, asked STAR related questions and then a case study. Finally, had a one on one interview.

Tell me a time you had a conflict with a colleague, how did you handle the situation.
The managers gives you a good follow up during the interview, the downside is that the process has a lot of steps and takes almost a month to enter the job after the first interview

Interview
Behavioral and technical interview. Wanted to know how you behave and your level of understanding manufacturing engineering. Although intense, the entire interview was fun and satisfying as I realized that I knew more than I thought I did. Do your research!
