Interview
I applied online and through an on-campus recruiter and was immediately offered an interview a week later. In order to be interviewed, you have to complete an online assessment that was fairly easy. I was interviewed by two recruiters. The interview questions were behavioral and situational questions. My tip is to review the STAR method.
