Consists of 3-4 Rounds including an Excel test, One interview taken by onshore client. more of behavioral / situation based questions, they ask about current profile, company, cv, they are more concerned with how you would fit in the team. positive attitude and confidence would help.

Overall process was online. Starting from interview and onboarding etc was very quick and seamless. Before here, I have never seen any onboarding process so quick. At a point of time I had doubt about authenticity but later on when I did my due diligence, every thing got cleared.
