Performance Health Systems interview questions

I responded to a job posting online. Series of strength/weakness questions and spoke about my prior work experience. HR manager was very informative about their extensive training programs. After receiving an offer I was given a brief description of products and told to create interest and sell. Company offered no marketing, no mentoring program and no vital support.

Many years ago I did some presentation for this company .They already knew that I was a professional football player and had experience in sport. I could say the manager of the company was interested in me. He knew almost everything about me. They knew that I can do this job and that I very like this kind of things. Because of that they offered me the job. I didn't have some special interview process but I had agreement about a few crucial things. Those things include a probation, the salary and working hours.
