First I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who said he came across my resume and told me to apply for the position of "Sr UI/UX Developer".
Because I lived in the same city he said that is why I might work well as they are looking for someone local.
Then I was set up for a phone call interview that lasted about 30 minutes with the hiring manager who was a Director. This call was mostly about behavior and basic type of personality questions. I was then asked to come in to the office and meet the team.
Next week, I was quickly interviewed at the office and the questions were again very behavior related and no technical questions, and ended with a UX design question about how would I design Tesla's website.
I was not offered the position. The interviewers were all very professional and nice, and I thought the interview went well, but they decided to move on.
