We met in the office in person. The interview was about an hour long. Everyone was very kind and made me feel comfortable and they didn't ask difficult questions.
I applied through online. It took about 3 weeks to know the result after the interview. There were 4 interviewers including one studio director. It is a little bit of pain to wait for long time after interview because they are big firm and it takes time for them to figure out their needs.
