Interview
I found the job via an internet job board and applied. Was called in about 2 weeks for a phone interview. Phone interview went well and was asked 2 days later to come in for a video conference interview (the hiring manager was at corporate). Spent most of the interview going through my experience. Did some research on the people I interviewed with via linkedin and i think it made a good impression. Everyone i met at the company was very friendly from the initial phone call to the receptionist to the hiring manager and other manager i interviewed with. After the interview i met with HR who went over benefits, etc. She was extremely nice. 3 days later got a call with an offer that was extremely fair.

Since I have a history of changing jobs often I was asked to explain why.
The HR department is one of the worst. They do not get back to you in a timely fashion if you are on the prospectice employee or the hiring manager. I was on both sides.
