Interview
Because most of the team works remotely, the interview was a conference call. I enjoyed the ability to have my notes in front of me. Now that I work here, I can see it was really indicative of most communication amongst the team members and managers.

Describe a time when you had to rely on someone with more experience than you.
Panel Interview with director, trainer and teammate. There were about 10 questions total after the review of the company. I asked about 5 questions about the upcoming acquisition by Peraton.
