Perspectium Software Development Manager interview questions

Phone call, plus multi-hour on-site interview with various management and development staff. New facility was still under construction, but nice enough. Many red flags from both management - "are you willing to work 80-hour weeks", "how will you handle multiple tasks which are all highest priority" - as well as the developers - "we never make our sprint commitments", "priorities are always changing". They claimed to be "agile scrum", but these were clearly just buzzwords for them. Never heard back from them ("ghosted") after the on-site interview.
