PetShop.co.uk interview questions

Invited for an in-person interview. The interviewer was nice and friendly, questions were all very reasonable. The only downside was that I did not receive any further communication after the interview to say whether it had been successful or not.

Applied for a job with them in Stratford upon Avon, was successful and invited to an interview. Booked time off work, paid for taxi and trains, only to get an email shortly before the interview as I got into Stratford to say they had gone with another candidate. Unfortunately, this is not the first instance of people being messed around by them, but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. A courtesy they didn’t extend to me leaving me out of pocket for both earnings and fares. Very unprofessional.
