The interview process felt quite generic overall. The questions asked were very broad and not specific enough, especially once meeting with the managers where I expected a deeper discussion about the actual responsibilities and day-to-day expectations of the role. It would also help to provide more detailed information about the position both in the job posting and during the initial screening call.
