Good process. Felt the interviewer was prepared and had my resume in front of him. It felt like he had already made up his mind about me before the interview. Like I guess it was more a screening then an actual interview.

No background check and no drug test which was alarming.

Recruiter phone interview, District Leader, VPRO. Typical system, by the time you get to VPRO it is done, just signing off on you. Not many hoops to jump through, pretty straight forward.
