Was two rounds. First round was with two associates and were asked basic behavioural and technical questions. Second and final round was with the VPs and MDs and had more energy based questions.
In-person interview with two of the current traders on the desk. Process was aimed at getting a feel for the candidate's ability to work on a trading desk (fast-paced at times, etc.). Limited technical focus in interview, focus on behavioral qualities.

Interview
The overall interview process went pretty fast. But was never aware of there is a third round interview. Questions are easy, mostly behavioural, nothing technical. First round was on the phone, and second round was with three people who are in the equity research team.
