I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PhD Search & Selection (London, England) in Feb 2013

3 competency based interviews with the owners quite detailed in terms of how I have done things previously, examples of success and over coming obstacles. They were keen to know how proactive and entrepreneurial I was. As they are small they were looking at if I could be put into a self starter environment and succeed.
