I applied in-person. I interviewed at PharMerica (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Standard process. I had to apply online which is typical. I was made to feel comfortable and was asked pretty standard questions. My background and knowledge were important however it was apparent that they wanted to get a good feel for my personality.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PharMerica
Interview
Hiring process seemed dysfunctional. Apply to one person, interview by another, third interview with a VP, offer of employment comes from the first person you talked with. It seems as though if enough people talk with you, nobody has to take the blame if you don't live up to their expectations.
