Scam warning!!!
It took around 6 weeks in entire process May 20 - July 20. I applied online and received a pre-screening call after scheduling over the email.
Next round was on site technical interview where I had to go visit there office when the govt. had strictly ordered to close them. It was me and one of the employees there. The paper was 30 min in duration however the employee seemed to be bored to he was trying to engage me in conversation and I was left with hardly 10 min to complete. The paper was completely theory and demanded long explanations on PHP, Bootstrap, HTML and SQL. Reminded me of essay writing in school.
I managed to complete the paper, took 10 min extra due to obvious reasons.
I was contacted again for the next technical round in a few days. It was on video call fortunately.
They asked me situational questions and behavioural.
I received an email saying the CEO would like to connect with me for last round in a few days.
After the last round, I received an unofficial offer with the date of joining, salary, compensation etc over the email by one of the Directors of the Company. Salary offered was 40k and starting date was sept 7. I would have added proof of screenshots would be allowed.
However, interestingly one of the Directors emailed me again in next 2 days saying we are still interviewing candidates and will let you know your update.
She didn’t know about the offer at all.
I told her that her colleague offered me the job and she told be she would get back after discussion internally.
Another interesting thing about the company is, being a small scale company in the health sector, everyone here is either a director or CEO. Just one person works as a developer (sounds weird right?!). A panel of 15-20 directors manage one single employee.
