Interview
I had an interview with one of the key people at the company. The conversation was relaxed but highly professional at the same time, focusing on contract-related knowledge. The interviewer guided me toward the right answers rather than just testing me, which made the experience very insightful. Although I didn’t get the job, it was a very positive and high-level experience overall.

Interview
I had two interviews with this company.
The first one was with the Operations Director and it was a nice conversation about myself and my expectations. She was very polite. At the end of the interview she asked me to submit 3 tests (numerical, IQ, attention).
The tests were somewhat difficult considering the role was for the Account Manager where the greater focus should be on communication and soft skills.
Before I was invited to the second interview they sent me an e-mail saying I was not selected. They apologized and invited me nevertheless.
The second interview was with the Director of Business Development. This was a bit more challenging conversation. I was asked to do another calculation excercise. What surprised me the most was the question about my reaction towards a client, if he would give me an inappropriate comment. I was wondering if this would have been asked if I was a man. I don't think so ;)
I have received my answer only 3 weeks after the second interview, after sending them several reminders. I have also asked for the feedback but I haven't gotten one.
