Pharmaster Laboratories interview questions

After responding to the ad, I was invited to do an in-person interview with company founder and senior scientist. I was asked standard interview questions to draw out information about my personality and experience level. Wrote a two-page exam to demonstrate my knowledge of organic chemistry. I say the test was calibrated to the 2nd or 3rd year undergrads level.
