Mostly behavioral questions, made it to the 2nd round and didn't go through. Questions were generic based on your own experience, STAR format answers etc. The later stages of the interview is in person at their HQ in toronto which involved a case study as well.

Interview
It was a 15-minute virtual screening interview. Only asked two questions after self-intro. Interviewee looked very tired and had no reactions. I was told there would be another 3 rounds of interviews after the screening.

Fairly easy, asked about previous work and technical was just conversational with the head of engineering. Another technical round had 1 easy leetcode and system design which took about 1 hour.
