The interview process was in three phases. The first was a video chat. The second was a writing assignment answering two hypothetical scenarios. The third phase was an in-person interview.

They asked how I would handle a sensitive situation where someone confided in me their unhappiness with what they perceived as favoritism shown to another employee by the CEO as well as others' complaint of feeling that their suggestions were ignored.
